Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dues and Fees:

There are no full or partial refunds for monthly dues.  

All swimmers must pay an annual registration fee that will cover Storm Aquatics administrative fees. This is a non-refundable fee that is due upon registration.

Fundraising:

All fundraising is non-refundable.

Cancellation/Withdrawal:

To withdraw your swimmer a Notice of Intent to Withdraw Form is required and must be emailed to the Treasurer prior to the 25th of the month to avoid being charged dues for the next month. If received after the 25th you will be charged for the following month in full. You can find the form in the parent handbook and on the Storm Aquatics website.
