Mountain State Storm is one of the newest USA Swimming team in the WV LSC. The team was developed under the umbrella of The Bridge Indoor Sports Complex and is the first of many planned youth sports teams in the facility. Led by coaches with years of experience we aim to be a new home to swimmers from all over North Central West Virginia. In an effort to better sever swimmers in the area Mountain State Storm has since added two additional practice locations, Fairmont State University and Salem University.

Mountain State Storm aims to be a regional swim program that will provide swimmers of all ages and abilities the opportunity to excel in the sport of swimming. We strive to provide professional coaching, a positive atmosphere, a healthy environment (mentally and physically) where children can thrive and develop important life-changing skills.

Vision Statement

Mountain State Storm is committed to ensuring each swimmer reaches their potential both in and out of the water. We want to instill a life-long love of swimming and build a program of excellence with the latest training methods, exceptional coaches, strong worth ethic, teamwork, sportsmanship and positive motivation. Our swimmers will take the lessons learned through Mountain State Storm into the next phases of their life.
