We understand that club swimming may not always fit your schedule. If you need to cancel a swimmer’s registration at any time, please contact Coach Kam with no less than thirty (30) days’ notice to avoid the next month’s dues. Any cancellations made within the thirty-day requirement are subject to regularly scheduled billing fees.
By noting your agreement to this policy, we retain the right to enforce the thirty day cancellation requirement.
