• One payment of $450 covers swimming Mon.-Fri.  6pm-7pm , unlimited practices for the months Jan. 8 through March 22nd,2024.

• This swim program will have a progression of drills for teaching proper technique, body & head position, breathing, holding water during pulling, kicking, gaining distance per stroke, increasing stroke rate without losing efficiency, and ultimately swimming faster so they will make their goal times for the 100 yard Junior Guards Swim Test.
