Weekend Warrior

Co-ed 75 minute cross training, high energy class that will challenge and push you.  Class will include: tire flipping, ropes, plyometrics, agility ladder, ,punching  and kicking pads , weights, balance, core and flexibility.  Fun filled, jam packed workout for all fitness levels.
 
Let Nikki's 25+ years of experience and her attention to detail and safety spruce up your workouts.
