An all female group training that will focus on setting goals, nutrition guidance, fundamental strength training with cardio burst intervals and core work.
Fee will include: Pre and post fitness consultation ( body fat and circumference measurements, risk assessment, body weight), weekly weigh-ins, and private text message consulting!

Co-ed 75 minute cross training, high energy class that will challenge and push you. Class will include: tire flipping, ropes, plyometrics, agility ladder, ,punching and kicking pads , weights, balance, core and flexibility. Fun filled, jam packed workout for all fitness levels.
