Are you ready to experience results you can both see and feel? The Lab Athletics’ new Adult Performance Program offers group classes that will guide you beyond your limits. We have professional coaches that create challenging 45-minute workouts that will introduce your body to its maximum potential. No matter your skill level or experience, this program is designed for anyone looking to get in their best shape and ultimately feel good!

The Athletic-Based Training program offers:

•          8-week customized training cycles

•          Strength and conditioning progressions

•          Focused on flexibility, mobility, movement quality and recommend nutrition

•          Goal tracking and coaching

We know it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to be your best. We are going to equip our adults with the tools in their tool box to get them to their best. Since no two bodies are the same, no two workouts should be, either. Everyone at The Lab trains at their own pace and is surrounded by a supportive, high-energy community with the same common goal.

The Adult Performance Community Offers:

•          Group training with our professional coaches

•          A variety of workouts offered 3 days per week

Monday: 

AM -   5:00 am – 5:45 am

PM -   5:15pm – 6:00 pm

Wednesday:

AM -   5:00 am – 5:45 am

PM -   5:15pm – 6:00 pm

Saturday:

9:00am – 9:45am
