Sessions run from 6-7PM and 7-8PM (Starting with May 6th session) Monday-Thursday. If the trainers feel the work is not complete for a particular day, that session may go a bit later.
To allow the desired flexibility, athletes can come any of the days each week, depending on the frequency chosen. This program is designed to build a better overall athlete and is more than just basketball. For example: one day, your child may work on basketball skills, the next day they may not pick up a ball as they focus on speed and agility training.
Each block is 4 weeks in duration (choose any of the blocks below, no proration for missed sessions)
