Strength And Speed Camp

  • Focuses on core fundamentals of strength training with emphasis on proper form and safety.  Speed work includes; technique, plyometrics, footwork and agility.  Building a strong foundation is the key for development of each person's true full potential.
  • June 10th-July 31st (7/4 & 7/5 off)
    • Level 1 Class (1 year or less of strength training experience and anyone under the age 12):
      • Mon/Wed/Fri  9-10:15am

Junior Strength and Speed Camp

  • June 11-July 25th (7/4 off)
  • Ages 7-11
  • Tuesday/Thursday 9-10 am
  • Start them off right with good sound training utilizing body weight exercises, bands, trx, and small hand weights.  Introduction of plyometrics, agility and footwork drills.

Pre-Season Conditioning Camp

  • Aug. 12- 31st.
  • Mon/Wed/Fri 9-10am
  • Ages: 10-17
  • Prepare for your fall sport by working on speed, endurance, recovery time and injury prevention.
