Build – A- Athlete:  “Serious Athletic Speed and Strength Development”

The Build – A - Athlete training program is designed for serious athletes in grades 9th – 12th seeking to maximize personal levels of athletic development. Build – A – Athlete training methodology formulated around the principles of Nutrition, Functional Movement, Acceleration, Deceleration, Multi- Directional Movement, Mobility and Injury prevention.

Training Sessions 3 x per week:

Training Dates:

  •  April 8th – July 1st

Athlete’s Investment:

  • $ 300 per Month

Monday – Wednesday:

  • Session 1 - 6:00pm- 7:00pm
  • Session 2 - 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturday:

  • Session 1 - 9:00 am – 10:00 am
  • Session 2- 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

{Various make up training sessions will be available on selected Fridays and Sundays}

 

DYNAMIC Warm up:

Athletes develop body awareness through specific exercises that prepares the functional motor movement patterns, central nervous systems and muscle activation

Multi- Directional Movement:

Athletes learn to properly apply running mechanics to produce force efficiently in a linear, lateral and transverse plain.

Acceleration +DECELERATION:

Athletes learn how to maximize top end speed and learn how to absorb force when slowing down aka decelerating in competition- like movement. Mastering these movement will also help the reduce injury.

MOBILITY + Recovery

Athletes will engage in our post workout mobility and recovery program. This simple, yet very effective regimen helps our athletes monitor any aches, pains and irregular motor patterns.
