Overview:

The Lab Athletic is currently offering weekly Basketball Training

Ameh and team will take your child through progressive drills for ball handling, shooting, rebounding, defense, and much more. The primary goal is to help your child master the basics through repetition and game speed drills. These are the skills that will translate to game day!

Work with the trainers on a schedule that works for you, then we will send you a link to register/pay. You can alternate week to week to work around your busy schedules. The most popular options are 1x or 2x per week, but this can be customized to fit your needs. We also offer drop in options.
