Member (Membership) Policies
 
All members MUST scan in using your phone/fob every time you enter the building, even if the other door is unlocked. The only exception is when there are multiple members from the same family, then just one person needs to complete this process. Visits are closely monitored as we want to ensure the amenities are reserved for training and for paying members.
 
Anyone who enters the facility without scanning will be asked to leave by staff or by other (paying members) who happen to be using the facility at that time. If this happens and you are a member, simply take your phone and go scan into the building. If you are a member but your is not working, simply contact The Lab Athletic for next steps. Do NOT just enter the building behind someone - this is stricly prohibited and again, you WILL be asked to leave. This for us to know who is in building at all times and keep everyone safe and accountable.  See details around tresspassing below. 
 
***The Lab Athletic staff reserves the right to ask anyone in the facility to scan in at any time. You must comply with this request or you will be asked to leave. If you cannot scan in, you must leave immediately. If you are in fact a member, but you are having issues with scanning, you must email [email protected]. This will be addressed during regular business hours. If you cannot scan in, do NOT enter the facility.
 
Anyone who lets someone in without prior approval is subject to a $50 fine (per guest), membership suspension, and possible membership termination at which point they will still be required to pay what's remaining on their legally binding contract. If someone tells you they are a member, but they are unable to scan in, they MUST email us, otherwise they are your responsibility. Even if you let people in you do not know, if we find that they have damaged or stolen our property, YOU are responsible for them and will be required to replace what was stolen or pay for the damages.
 
If you are fined for bringing in a guest and you do not pay that fine (e.g., card declined), you will be banned from The Lab Athletic for life.
 
In NO WAY is The Lab Athletic responsible for any unauthorized guests who access our facility as this is considered tresspassing and is against the law - please review the tresspassing laws. The Lab Athletic reserves the right to take legal action. Do NOT let anyone into the facility. If someone is having trouble getting in, they must email [email protected] to resolve any issues, as noted on the door.
 
Nobody under the age of 16 is permitted without an adult present.
 
If you are treating anyone inapproriately, doing inappropriate things, or misusing our faciliy or equipment, you WILL be asked to stop by staff or fellow members. We appreciate everyone looking our for one another and the facility.
 
Dr. Dish shooting machines are reserved ONLY for All-Access Premium members. Anyone using the machine who is NOT a "Premium" member, will be notified and charged as such.
 
Members, you are allowed to bring in your own trainers ONLY if you have received prior email approval from The Lab Athletic. Otherwise, they are considered unapproved guests.
 
ALL cancellations require a full one month notice given via email to [email protected]. If you cancel after the first of a month, you will be billed for the following month. You retain access through the end of the last month for which you were billed. As stated on the registration page, we will continue to charge your account (any payment method you have on file) until you cancel and have completed your 30 days notice. 

Members who miss their monthly payment and do not pay before the 5th of the given month, will be assessed a $25 fee to reactivate.

No refunds will be provided if you do not follow the policies within.
