The Lab Athletic is a 24/7 fitness and sports training facility located in Ham Lake, MN, just north of the Twin Cities. 

 

At The Lab Athletic, we offer the following:

• Memberships - 24/7 memberships to our gym/fitness center with courts, shooting machines, batting cages/throwing tunnels, and turf. 
• Training - Sports performance training (speed, agility, strength) for all sports as well as specialized skills training for basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, hockey (dryland), soccer, and more!
• Rentals - Team rentals for our courts, turf, and batting cages/throwing tunnels.

ALL ages and skill levels are welcome - from youth to professional to regular adults looking to lose weight, improve strength and/or general athletic ability.
