Open Gyms

Open Gym


Come and play in the gym! Coaches are onsite to assist with advice if you want to work on specific skills, or just burn off some energy as you play on the gym floor!  You are welcome to use our traditional gymnastics apparatus like the uneven bars, balance beam, parallel bars or rings, or try out our climbing rope, trampoline and foam pit!  Click on the Programs tab above to register and pay for an open gym, or check our calendar for the dates, and just come have fun!  Advance registration is not required.


Weekly Open Gyms

Our regular open gyms are available to anyone and everyone.  This is a great opportunity for bigger kids and adults to have some free time in the gym, although occasionally there are little kids, too, so watch out! 

Saturdays from 12pm-2pm.


Preschool Open Gym

Our Preschool Open Gym is limited just to tots age 5 and younger.  Little kids and their parents can explore all the equipment without having to worry about big kids!  Our preschool mats can be used to create an obstacle course, or kids can just run up and down the ramps or practice on the stairs - whatever activity you choose to do, your little one will get practice with body coordination and movement! 

Wednesdays from 10am-11am


Family Open Gym

Our Family Open Gym is especially great for families with a large age range in children.  This open gym has widest age range of any of the others - so if you've got little ones, bring them along!  If you've got older kids, they are welcome, too - but during this open gym, older kids need to be aware of the little ones and adjust their activities accordingly.  Fortunately, there is plenty of room for everyone, so you and all your kids will still stay busy and active!
