Position Available:  Administrative Manager – Part Time

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Administrative Manager to oversee all administrative activities in our gym.  The ideal candidate will be flexible and resilient, with a minimum of two years’ related management experience, including an outstanding customer service focus and personnel management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all office functions, including building member family relationships, maintaining gymnast records, insuring correct billing and payment procedures and overseeing front office staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to CGA clients (gymnasts and families)
  • Work collaboratively with CGA’s coaching team to produce and deliver outstanding.
  • Maintain and update CGA website, including program content and database of accounts.
  • Coordinate staff and volunteers assigned to organize major fundraisers and special events.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all gym employees and contacts.
  • Assist CGA Board of Directors with development of policies and procedures.
  • Work schedule consists of primarily weekday evening hours, with occasional weekend work to support special events.
  • Reports to Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and engaging personality is a must!
  • Two years related management experience.
  • Must be dedicated, self-motivated and hard-working.
  • Outstanding customer service skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.
  • Computer-literate and able to work on both Google and Microsoft office platforms
  • Must be able to pass a USAG background check.

Compensation

  • Hourly, commensurate with experience.

Position Available:  Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Marketing Specialist to drive marketing and fundraising efforts and build brand recognition in the Las Cruces community.  If you are an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with outstanding communication and customer service skills, this might be the job for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong sponsor and partner relationships within the community.  Pursue major sponsorships and donations as well as new fundraising avenues.
  • Manage CGA’s banner sales fundraising efforts. 
  • Maintain organized and detailed database of donations and sponsor relationships and history.
  • Build CGA’s brand recognition through Las Cruces community.
  • Work with CGA staff to develop, promote and sell special programs.
  • Become familiar with all CGA program offerings.
  • Cross-train to cover front desk, including answering questions in person and on the phone, providing excellent customer service to current and potential gym families, and processing class payments.  Staff CGA front desk one evening per week.
  • Work collaboratively with CGA team in planning and delivering major fundraising programs and events, including annual gymnastics meets.
  • Work collaboratively with CGA team to grow online presence, including website content and social media presence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing and/or sales.
  • Outstanding customer service skills required.
  • Computer-literate and able to work on both Google and Microsoft office platforms
  • Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.
  • Must be dedicated, self-motivated and hard-working.

Compensation

  • Hourly plus commissions.
