Coach Steven Minnich is a fellow RAC member and swim parent with a long-standing vocation in aquatics. His coaching experience includes Master swim coach, Junior swim coach and as a swim instructor for swimming and aquatic life saving; with the Boy Scouts of America, YMCA and various community pools.  After retiring as a Firefighter/ Paramedic for 27 years, found his way back to coaching swim.

Coach Allison is a mom to three great kids. She grew up swimming and swam competitively through high school, including swimming for Folsom High.  As a swimmer, Allison loved distance freestyle and butterfly events. Before kids, Allison worked for the City of Roseville teaching swim lessons, life guarding, and coaching for the Woodcreek Seawolves.

Allison enjoys working with young people and has coached youth soccer and started a running club at Twin Lakes Elementary. Allison believes that swimming is a great sport for all ages because it builds community, team spirit and individual growth. You can find her working with the newest and youngest Rockets!
