2023 - 2024 WINTER SWIM PRACTICE -- September 23 - May 18
*Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to be ready to meet with the coaches at 5pm.

Who can signup
Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted. Generally ages 6 and up. If the coaches determine that your swimmer can't swim unassisted, a refund will be given minus any credit card fees.
Please keep your swimmer home if they have had a fever in the last 24 hours, sore throat, cough, chills, shortness of breath, diarrhea, vomiting, or any flu-like symptoms. If you wouldn't send your child to school, or they would be sent home from school, please keep them home.
What to bring
Swimmers must bring a towel, goggles, swim cap and water bottle. Also, we have limited fins and kick boards, so if you are able please procure your own and bring with you to practice.
Questions
In order to provide the best coaching experience, please don’t interrupt the coaches. There will typically be a board member available, to whom you should direct any questions and concerns.
Payment
$250 per swimmer (Discount for multiple swimmers- $15 off for 3, $20 off for 4 )
If you have not already paid, payment must be brought to the first practice or your swimmer will not be able to participate. There will be a board member on site to receive your cash or check payment. *If you are unsure that your child can swim the required distance of 25 yards unassisted, hold payment until the first practice when your child will be evaluated by coaches. If your child has the necessary abilities, you can proceed with registration and payment.
