Sapphire becomes grand national champions!

Seaside's competitive cheer team--Sapphire, concluded their first season this past Saturday, April 23rd at FCDA Nationals in Orlando. The team competed in 4 competions this year, never placing lower than 2nd! Saturday was no exception.

Sapphire not only placed 1st in their division, giving them the title of 'National Champions', they also recieved the 'Fiercest Competitior' award, picked by FCDA Staff & Judges. Most impressively, they recieved the 'Top Score' award for U8 U10 and elementary school divisions! This means Sapphire had one of the top 3 scores in the entire Rec Cheer session, and one of the top 9 of the entire competition!

Sapphire is truly tiny but mighty! We are so proud our 5 girls and can not wait to see their growth in upcoming seasons!!
