Swimming teaches cause and effect with work and results, as well as the ability to focus and perform under pressure. As swim coaches we help the swimmers learn the ability to rebound from failure with success. The love of swimming and seeing the children's confidence grow in and out of the pool, being here for the swimmers on good and bad days and being a positive role model for them is all what drives me to coach these wonderful kids each and every day. I love my job and the fact that I can build confidence in children is the greatest gift one can give.
