A full refund is available within three days of initial payment provided cancellation does not occur within 72 hours of a program beginning. Refunds are not available once a program has begun.

Cancellation Policy: If a written cancellation notice is provided within 48 hours of the scheduled session, a partial refund of 50% will be given. Less than 48 hours notice or in the result of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

A full refund is available within three days of initial payment provided cancellation does not occur within 24 hours of scheduled session.
