Fundraising Requirements
EFSC must fundraise in order to maintain financial stability. There are two primary sources of fundraising required: concession donations and the Swimmer Fundraising Commitment.
-
Concession Donations: EFSC operates concession stands during all home dual swim meets. The week prior to the home swim meet, the EFSC Concession Chair will post a sign-up list for items necessary to operate the concession stand for that meet. All families are required to donate at least one (1) item for each home meet. Unless excused by the Concession Chair for good cause, any family who fails to donate at least one (1) item per home meet will be assessed a fine of $10.00. Concession donations are required by all families for all home meets regardless of whether the swimmer participates in the meet.

Swimmer Fundraising Commitment: In order for EFSC to maintain financial stability, it is necessary for each swimmer to meet a fundraising commitment for each of the Fall, Winter, and Summer Sessions. Please refer to the Fundraising and Volunteer Agreement.
Emergency Fundraising Activities: In the event that an unexpected major expense arises, the EFSC Board may hold an Emergency Mandatory Fundraising Event to help offset the cost of this unexpected major expense. |
