The Classic Meet warm up

GUIDELINES:

  • Swimmers are to check in with your coach when they arrive
  • Main locker rooms are for swimmers only.  Adults are to use the restrooms outside of the main entrance to the pool area. (Signs will direct you)
  • Swimmers will sit as a team under the pavilion in the pool area, Coaches will communicate and be with the swimmers during the meet
  • We will swim in sunshine, rain or snow...be prepared for all weather.

ARRIVAL:

  • Friday events 1-6, Check in starts at 4:00pm our warm up is at 4:30pm meet starts at 5:30pm
  • Saturday events 7-46, Arrive at 10:00AM for check in (unless your volunteer position has you arriving earlier), our warm up starts at 10:30 -11:00AM, (visiting teams warm up after us) meet starts at 12:05pm
  • Sunday events 47-86, Arrive at 10:00AM for check in (unless your volunteer position has you arriving earlier).  our warm up starts at 10:30 -11:00AM, (visiting teams warm up after us) meet starts at 12:05pm
  • The entry report is posted on the team website

WHAT TO BRING TO THE MEET:

  • Swimmers are to bring a blanket or camping chair to sit on, Sun tan lotion.  If you have a pop-up tent, feel free to set it up for your swimmer.
  • Favorite snacks (fruit, pretzels, sandwich, bagels, crackers).  Bring money, we will be selling items in concessions i.e. hot food, water/Gatorade, fruit, snacks, etc..)
  • Come prepared for all types of weather:)
  • Do not bring your equipment bag
  • Bring extra towels, clothing, hats, etc…
