The RACER X AQUATICS offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. The Racer X Aquatics aims to offer age-specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

 All swimmers registering with the RACER X AQUATICS (Gold, Junior Gold, Silver & Bronze) have a yearly, non-refundable registration fee of $140 per swimmer. This fee includes 2 T-shirts and two swim caps. This registration is for the swim season beginning September 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024.

 

The Registration process is simple. You will receive access to your private account that will allow for easy online commitment for swim meets, view your swimmer’s swim history, and maintain your own account contact and billing information.

 

Taking a break from the team: If your swimmer wishes to become inactive from the club, written notice must be received by the 15th of the month before becoming inactive. Send an email to Coach Jim. 

 

 Canceling membership: If you wish to cancel your membership, a written notice must be received by the 15th day of the month before withdrawal to the team administrator. If written notification is not received by the 15th, you are responsible for the training fees for the following month.

**NEW USA Swimming Registration Process**

For the coming 2023-2024 Season, ALL athletes will register for USA Swimming directly. USA Swimming member clubs will no longer process individual athlete memberships beginning with this season. Prior to the start of the season, you will receive information regarding the new USA Swimming registration process.

Bronze Group    A novice group for 8 and under swimmers (K, 1, 2, 3 grades) who have had little or no competitive experience. Swimmers must be able to swim freestyle the length of the pool. Emphasis is placed on mastering skills in the four competitive strokes. Swimmers should compete once a month. Practices are offered 5 days a week . 45 minutes.

   

Bronze

Silver Group, Our competitive Junior level swimmers, ages 9 – 12 years old (Grades 4, 5, 6), emphasize competition in our USA swimming meets. All strokes, turns, dives, and conditioning will be reviewed and increased throughout the season. Practices are offered six days a week. One hour and 15 minutes.

Junior Gold Group    Junior Gold group for swimmers who are serious about training and competition. The conditioning of each athlete is a major priority of this group. The coaching staff feels swimmers at this competitive level should practice 4 of the 6 sessions each week. Shave and Taper meets are required. Getting them ready for the Gold Group. Offered 6 days a week 1 hour 45 minutes practice. Dryland Training 5 x week.    

 

Junior Gold

Monthly $180 

September 1- May 31



 

Gold Group    Gold group is for swimmers who are serious about training and competition. The conditioning of each athlete is a major priority of this group. The coaching staff feels swimmers at this competitive level should practice 5 of the 6 sessions each week. Shave and Taper meets are required. Offered 6 days a week, 3 hours a practice. Dryland Training 6 x week.

Starting September 1, all individuals will register and pay electronically for their membership directly through USA Swimming. This includes athletes and non-athletes.

Important Details:

  • Clubs should no longer be charging their members for the USA Swimming Registration fee since it will be paid directly to USA Swimming by your members. This includes the LSC fee. Please make sure this component is removed from your member registration fees.

  • Clubs that pay for non-athletes should implement a process of reimbursing their members for the non-athlete registration fee.

  • 2024 Registration fees:

  •  Athletes: Premium $88.00, Flex (12 & u only) $30.00, Outreach $5.00, Season 1 (Apr – Aug) $60.00.

  • Non-Athletes: Coaches, Officials, and anyone having direct and frequent contact with athletes: $88.00

  • Administrator: Other non-athletes who do not interact directly with the athletes $30.00
