Production Programs:
We, at Canyon Creek Performing Arts, like to provide productions for all ages. We start with ages 4 to adults. As a community theatre, we like to find a place for everyone. So we produce 3 productions per semester.
Our Junior Productions classes are great for "little" performers. We cover all the basics of acting, singing, and stage directions. The Junior Production is for ages 4-10 years old. This does not mean that an older child cannot take the class. If you have someone who is interested in getting started and you have questions, please give us a call and we will help you make the right choice for your child. This class is Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 pm. Auditions are held after the first week of class. We teach them what auditions are and how to do them so that everyone is ready.
Our Mid Productions classes are great for beginning performers. We cover all the basics of drama and stage performing. The Mid Production is for ages 10-15 years old. This does not mean that an older child cannot take the class. If you have someone who is interested in getting started and you have questions, please give us a call and we will help you make the right choice for your child. This class will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:45-6:45pm and Fridays 2-3:30. Auditions are held in May (Fall Shows) and December (Spring Shows).
Our Senior Productions classes are great for any level performer. We cover all the basics of drama and stage performing. The Senior Production is for ages 15-adults. This does mean that a younger child cannot take the class. If you have someone who is interested in getting started and you have questions, please give us a call and we will help you make the right choice for your child. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8 pm and Fridays 3:30-5 pm. Auditions are held in May (Fall Shows) and December (Spring Shows). This is an audition first class.
