Matt holds a Bachelor of Education with a Physical Education major from the University of Central Queensland and the Bronze Coaching license from ASCTA. Matt is a passionate swimming teacher who believes in every child learning to swim and every athlete being provided pathways. Matt was a Rugby League player as a youth and a volunteer life saver in Australia being recognised in April 2005 for a surf rescue. Matt also holds an Intsructor license in First Aid and CPR.
