HiitFit: Fighting For Fitness

HiitFit is an exciting new program, designed to give people an opportunity to try out different Martial Arts. Often people are not sure what kind of martial art would best fit their personality and training style.

All students wear pulse/heart monitors which provide real-time feedback on the calories you burn, your heart rate, and intensity levels. Many people burn 600+ calories in a standard 30 minute Hiitfit workout.

You will learn all kinds of striking combinations used by professional fighters and expert martial artists, while applying them to our 12 rotating stations for a workout that is as fun as it is effective!
