BC Provincial LC AAA Championships 2011 Day 1

Medals from the first day came from Sara W silver 200 free, gold Stefan Mulosevic and a senior national time 200 fr, Jasmine Whelan and Matt Hua silver 200 Breast.

Overall a good morning to put swimmers in position to win medals but our evening saw many 4ths and a few swims knocked out of medals.  To stay in the top clubs we will need to execute better our final races.
