Olympic Trials Day 1

Sherry Liu is through to the Olympic Trials final in 400 free! Sherry qualified 8th on a great cagey swim from the fastest seeded heat this morning. Now for an outside smoke! Remember this is televised so set your pvr or be ready in front of your tv. It is going to be very fast tonight as the top seeds are all looking for their FINA A time of 409.35. Stefan Milosevic continues his hot hand and swam tough in the 400IM where he went a best time and qualified 15 overall and in the B final. Stefan also had a good 200 free just missing the club record Abi Sayer went best time in 100 fly. Our university swimmers had a good day as Rudi Plesch went 105.7 for his 100 breast which was a BT and Kathy Qu just off her best in 100 fly as she was a bit long on the turn wall.
