In the A final Sherry Liu raced to her best time in the 200 split of the 400 as she courageously stuck with the field as they set up what would become two under the FINA A standard and a Canadian record. Sherry need up 7th moving up a spot.
Stefan chipped away at his best time from the morning as he finished 4th in the B final in 4.33.11.
