Olympic Trials Day 3 Swimmer Blog

This is the sassy blog of Abi and sherry...oh and that kid steffi. Writing to you from the pool deck of the 2012 Olympic trials. So far this meet has been completely flabbergasting, with a very captivating atmosphere during the finals. The commentators and presenters have been amazing in whipping the crowd into a frenzy. The races have been crazy with people in the outside lanes destroying everyone and making the Olympic team, and the younger generation of swimmers pushing through, creating a new face for team Canada.

For us this whole experience has been just incredible. Coming from warm, sunny Florida to the cold, snowy climate of Montreal, we had to learn to quickly adapt not only to the weather, but to the high-strung "racing" atmosphere of the Trials.
