Day 2 silver Medal 400 FR

Outstanding effort from our boys relay where all four stepped up with huge individual bests. Racing from start to finish in second place it was a remarkable relay race. Jk 52.01 SM 50.10 IP 53.05 IGV 52.90. Well done!
The girls 400 FR was a great race as well. Elaine Lam lead and went 59.83 for her first time under a minute. Mia followed at 101.32 Sarah at 58.85 and Jasmine at 103.37. All great swims.
Jasmine chopped several seconds off her 200 Breaststroke to go 238.37.
Chris Baker was busy attacking the 50 fly club record again and brought it down to 26.66. Justin great 50 fly with a new bt at 25.88. Stef was 6th in 50 free a bit back from the prelim swim. Inder improved again in 400 IM for 7th place and 443.88.
Hard hat went to the boys relay tonight. Well deserved.
