Sherry Liu swam her heat of 400 free into finals in the third place position, however a super charged first 200 by the leaders opened up big leads on the pack and Sherry fought to 7th overall.
From preliminaries Chris Baker edged out a BT in his 100 Fly keeping his improvement streak going at his first nationals.
