Senior Nats Day 4 1 A 2 B Finals

Octavia Lau crushed her B final in the 100 Free and re-set her club record by posting a huge best time at 57.59.
200 Fly up next and Mia Bottrill in the B final improved her prelim time to finish second.
Chris Baker followed in his first ever A final as he qualified10th and moved up a spot to 9th.
Brodie Young in prelims swam a smart 800 free to get to a best time. Zoe Froh ended up second alternate for the 200 fly from her preliminary swim.

We finish the meet with multiple second swims every night, a good advancement for our group as we continue to improve at this level.
