Ben has been with the Laser for many years.  He started out swimming with the team, and has moved on to coaching.  Ben took over head coaching duties in 2000.  When he is not on the pool deck, he is in the classroom.  He teaches Grade 8 for the Greater Essex County District School Board.

Jennifer has been a coach with the Lasers for sixteen years.  She is an NCCP Skills Level Coach and has a Masters degree in Human Kinetics.  She currently teaches Music for the GECDSB.
