Active Screening for ALL LOSC (Township of Langley) Participants

Dear LOSC Families,

Please be advised that ALL members of the Langley Olympians Swim Club will be required to attest to and verbally acknowledge the COVID safety screening questions. This is a requirement of the Township of Langley's Emergency Operations Centre. 

Here are the questions that we are going to be asking:

- Are you physically and mentally healthy, no symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, difficult breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, abnormal muscle pain, headache, sore throat, painful swallowing, runny nose, new loss of taste, gastrointestinal illness) of COVID-19

- Have I (or my family members) been present locally and not travelled internationally within the last 14 days?

- I have not been in contact or cared for anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19?

It is our expectation that ALL families will answer these questions PRIOR to coming to practice. If your child or your family answer "NO" to ANY of these, please DO NOT show up to practice.
