Congratulations to HUGH MCNEILL and ISABELLA BRUNORO for Accepting University Offers!

CONGRATULATIONS ON UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP ACCEPTANCE FOR LOSC SWIMMERS!

Congratulations to National group swimmers Isabella Brunoro and Hugh McNeill who have both accepted offers for University next Fall.

Hugh McNeill will be attending and swimming with the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds in the Fall of 2021.  Hugh joined the Langley Olympians Swim Club when he was six years old and has swum with us for the past 11 years. Hugh is nationally carded swimmer. Hugh was integral part of the team that garnered LOSC’s first Winter Provincial Championship title. During his time with LOSC, he competed in many high caliber meets and such as the 2019 World Championships Trials in Toronto, 2020 Euro Meet in Luxembourg, multiple Canadian Swimming Championships and Canadian Junior Championships. Hugh was a member of the various Swim BC Teams like the 2018 Ontario Junior Invite and the 2020 Euro Meet. Hugh reached the podium numerous times and holds 24 individual SCM and 30 individual LCM club records to date. Hugh is also part of multiple relay club records.

Isabella Brunoro will be attending and swimming with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues in the Fall of 2021. Isabella joined the Langley Olympians Swim Club in the Fall of 2019. Isabella is a provincially carded swimmer. During her time with the LOSC,  Isabella was integral part of the team that garnered LOSC’s first Winter Provincial Championship title. Isabella is a member of four relay club records.
