LOSC Year End Award Social & Brunch 2020-2021
Dear LOSC Members and Families,
We would like to inform everyone that we are planning to hold a Year End Awards Social & Brunch to be held at the Walnut Grove Lutheran Church on Saturday July 24th, from 9:45-11:15 AM. We are grateful to be able to hold this given the changes to the Provincial Health Orders yesterday.
However, given that the capacity of the Walnut Grove Lutheran Church is 300 people, we are only able to host 150 people. This would mean that only one registered swimmer and one parent can attend. Should there an instance where more than the allowed people register, we will use the timestamp on the registration website to determine your placement.
Due to COVID, we would like all participants to please bring your own food item and drink. The club will provide napkins and dessert. We will be awarding swimmers attending participation certificate and Year End Awards.
