Coach Josh, from Sudbury, Ontario, brings over a decade of experience in the NEOR region to our team. Since his involvement with the sport in 2010 as a swimmer, it became a passion for him to dedicate his career to coaching. He places a strong emphasis on high-quality swimming, not only for efficiency in the water but also for the long-term development of athletes.
Coach Josh believes that every individual deserves the opportunity for success and is committed to providing them with the necessary opportunities to achieve it. He’s eager to collaborate with our team and help guide the development for our swimmers.
Sam has been a member of the Titans since the age of 6. She swam continuously throughout high school, making provincials in the 800m Free. Choosing to go to Nipissing University, Sam also swam with the club during her first year; she continued on at Nipissing to earn a BSc and a BEd. Sam began her coaching journey at the age of 16 working with the grassroots developmental program. In 2014, Sam was given the opportunity to fill the head coaching position. After enjoying the learning experience for 5 years, Sam stepped back in 2019 to focus on other opportunities outside of the pool, and to get back to working in the developmental grassroot program, which is where her true interest lies.
This season we are welcoming Colette back to our coaching team. Colette has been part of aquatics in North Bay for over 30 years, which includes 10+ years with the Titans in various coaching roles.
