We have Office Staff in the office Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm to respond to e-mails and phone calls. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Depending on the season, we can receive over 200 contacts in a single day for us to respond to, so sometimes there is a delay in response.
Year Round Swim Club (Sharks, Pre-Senior, and Senior Groups)
To suspend an account for the Year Round Swim Club you need to use the link above and ask to be suspended. This can be done at anytime during the active quarter, but must be done at a minimum of 5 days before the end of a quarter (October, January, April, and July).
To Re-Activate please use the Link above to contact our office staff. There will be re-activation Fee to re-activate a suspended account. In August, all members must re-register through the system before the new swim year begins (August - August). This is needed as we need everyone to agree to policies of the swim club for each swim year.
Seasonal Programs
Aquatic Academy is now a seasonal program. This is our transitional program from swim lessons to swim club. It no longer has the quarterly commitment, but rather there are seasonal commitments. Registration for this program is now at https://clovisswim.captyn.com/. Our Summer League, Swim Lessons, and Water Polo Programs are now all on Captyn using the registration on the site mentined above.
Aquatic Academy is looking to expand to develop programming for older athletes that are more interested in fitness swimming and staying (getting) in shape for school teams. Come back in Fall of 2025 to see if we have been able to staff this new Aquatic Academy.
