Dear ElitSwim Members.
Please check our Calendar from time to time as it will show you if there are any days during the year that the City of San Ramon will close their facilities for any events or constructions for their facilities.
Note: Check a day before for the dates marked on our Calendar as a No Practice. Sometimes there is a change of plan from the City and we can have our lanes back for our practices.If you don't see our Calendar marked for that day that means we are good to go.

**SROP - refers to the San Ramon Olympic Pool(California High School/Cal High)
**DVAC - refers to the the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center(Dougherty High School/DVHS)

As every beginning of the season starting on September with the High School(HS) water polo and swimming season there would be a couple of dates that the pool will be close for all programs for their water polo and swimming events.

As a first option to make up this practice will be the first following Friday of the week at the same time of your regular practice. If you have any difficulty to follow that day then please move forward for the first upcoming Monday.
There is NO Make Up policy or refunds for pool closure for Legal Holidays or extreme weather conditions that will keep the pool closed.
*Exceptions - We will offer make up practices for the dates below:
- All High School water polo games and swim meets as they have priority from all programs to both locations.
- December, January for all your Christmas and New Years Holidays. All make up practices need to be performed during these two months.
