Colorful Blankets for Seniors

JUST IN!  NEWS from LaSata Senior Care Center!

When Seniors go to LaSata for short term re-hab to recover from surgery - they often times come with just the clothes on their backs and few personal items.  

We would like to brighten up their rooms and days with some cozy soft blankets - they can be seasonal, homemade, gently used or new!

I can not tell you how much a simple blanket means to someone who's "in-between".  Especially around the holidays.  The rooms at these short term care facilities are very clean and white!  But a touch of home & color on a hosptial bed can make all the difference in the world!!

Consider your donations while out shopping these next few weeks - consider washing a few old blankets to share with a senior!
