2024 Meets & Info

Just a reminder that our 2024 meet schedule is posted on our team webpage. The end of our season will be here before we know it with our first series of Championship meets kicking off in about 7 weeks!  Here is a quick run-down on some of our remaining meets:
 

Hamden Hall Distance Meet & Invitational (Jan 26, 27-28)
Sign up deadline:  Friday, 1/12 

  • Entries have been submitted, however the meet host is allowing us to submit additional entries by the end of this week (Friday, 1/12).  I have opened this meet up one last time for entries and will not be able to extend past this date.
  • Please note:  The start times for this meet have recently changed and are posted in the meet info.

WHAT Swimming Distance Meet & Invitational (February 9, 10-11)
Sign up deadline:  Friday, 1/19

  • This is a trials/finals format meet right in our backyard (Cornerstone Pool)!  All swimmers are wecome and encouraged to come.

10&Under Finale - Hamden (Sunday, Feb 25th)
Sign up deadline:  Friday 2/2

  • If your swimmer is 10 years old or younger and your schedule is free for this day - we want them to attend this meet!   This meet will offer relays, awards for each heat & event as well as team high-point awards.  It will be a fast, fun morning of 10&under swimming.

 

Regional Championships:

Regional Championships - Friday Night Session (March 1)
Sign Up deadline:  Wednesday 2/14

  • CT Swimming is currently working on updating this meet information.  Location will be announced 1 week in advance of the meet.  ​The sign-up for the Friday night session and current list of qualifiers will be available soon.

Regional Championships - Saturday & Sunday Session (March 2-3)
Sign Up deadline:  Wednesday 2/14

  • The sign up for the Saturday & Sunday sessions has been added to our team page. 
  • CT Swimming is currently working on updating this meet information.  Location will be announced 1 week in advance of the meet (likely: East Hartford or Cheshire) 
  • Timeline:  
    • Morning Session:  12/u Girls and 13/o Boys
    • Afternoon Session:  13/o Girls and 12/u Boys 
  • Current Qualifiers and Events can be found at this link.
    • The current list of qualifying swimmers & events will continue to be added as new meet results are available.
    • If your swimmers' USA Swim registration has lapsed, or if you registered your swimmer with a FLEX membership, they will not show on this list.

CT Senior Championships (March 7-10)

  • Our current list of Sharks with qualifying events can be found at this link.  
  • Information about this meet will be sent directly to qualifying swimmers/families.

CT Age Group Championships (March 14-17)

  • Our current list of Sharks with qualifying events can be found at this link.  
  • More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Potential Senior Meet (March 23 & 24 - Tentative)

  • We are currently investigating options for a meet within New England for interested members of our Senior team.  Info to come!
