[Sharks News] USA Swimming Registration / Renewals

As we prepare for another exciting season, it’s time to ensure all swimmers are registered with USA Swimming, which is required for participation in meets and practices. Please follow the steps below to either register your child for the first time or renew their USA Swimming membership.

USA Swimming Registration
Swimmers who register (or renew) after September 1st will be valid through 2026.

For New Registrations (new swimmers):

  • Visit the Registration Link: 
  • Create an Account: 
    • Follow the prompts to set up a parent account if you haven’t done so already.
  • Complete the Registration Form: 
    • Fill in the necessary information about your child, including their birthdate and club affiliation (Mandell Jewish Community Center Sharks (MJCC)).
    • Select Premium Athlete Membership.
  • Payment: 
    • Submit payment through the registration portal.
  • Confirmation: 
    • You should receive a confirmation email once registration is complete. Please keep this for your records.

For Membership Renewals (returning swimmers):

  • Log into Your USA Swimming Account: 
  • Access the Membership Section: 
    • Navigate to the "Member Dashboard" and click on the "Renew" button next to your swimmer's name.
  • Verify Information: 
    • Review your swimmer’s details and update any information that may have changed (contact info, medical details, etc.).
  • Payment: 
    • Submit the renewal fee online for Premium Athlete membership renewal.
  • Confirmation: 
    • Once payment is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation of the renewal.
  • Need Help with Renewals? 
  • Important Notes:
    • Deadline for Registration and Renewals: Please complete the registration or renewal process by October 18th.
    • Swimmers must select Premium Athlete membership.
