Saturday Practice at USJ-Hartford Marathon Update

On Saturday, October 13 — the Hartford Marathon will affect access to the University of Saint Joseph campus. Be prepared for road detours if you're traveling to and from campus between 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 

We have spoken with the Captain of the West Hartford Police Department Traffic Division and felt if our team was off the campus by 8:10am, we should not have an issue.  The race starts in Hartford at 8:00am and the intersection of Trout Brook Drive and Asylum Avenue is Mile 7 on the route which gives us a 10-15 minute buffer following workout.  Please tell your swimmer(s) they will need to be a speed changer on Saturday morning!
