Weekly Updates
Good morning! We have a few weekly updates to share with everyone -
All practices are back to normal now after the Dallas winter storm!
The Preston Playhouse pool is closed for renovations so all practices at this pool during the weekdays will move to LAfitness on Coit/GB and Sundays at Preston Playhouse will move to Greenhill School! Times will stay the same, just location change.
We have added a Black&Gold practice time on Sundays at Greenhill School for any swimmers interested. This could also be used as a makeup or drop-in practice time to get extra dive work in!
If your swimmer participated in the mid-season fitness testing at Sports Academy, those testing results will be going out today. If you have any questions about the testing/results you can reach out to myself or John the athletic trainer (his email will be in the fitness test results).
This past weekend we had a group of swimmers competing in OKC for a swim meet! Congratulations to Chris Porembka, McClaine Furr, Emory Bell, Reagan Bell, Madison Pisani, Pierce Dewar, Mikayla Burch, Clancy Smith, Lilah Jarvis and Will Walker on setting new club records! Overall the team had 86 lifetime personal best swims, ten 1st place finishes and twenty-four top 3 finishes.
