Brendan Rams, born in Pretoria, South Africa has led our swimmers outside of the pool to become strong, confident athletes. Owner of Rams Performance Systems and Pro Rugby player for the Dallas Jackals, Brendan has a vast knowledge of the development of athletes and what it takes to be successful. Incorporating swim specific exercises into the workouts, we are able to take our swimmers to the next level in elite swim training.

On top of all of Brendan’s accomplishments, he is also a motivational speaker with experience in developing mental strength in athletes as well as high level corporate executives. Aligning with our clubs philosophies of developing confident well-round athletes, Brendan plays a huge part in the success of our program. With our partnership, we are the exclusive swim team for Rams Performance Systems. Our athletes are able to join in regular dryland workouts to go along with their swim training.
