    Swimming for Home-School children

    I would like to make you aware that Jupiter Dragons Swim Team has groups for home school children since 2019!

    We teach all 4 competitive swimming strokes and prepare the swimmers to participate in swim meets if they want.

    Could you please let your friends know about that.

    We have 2 home-school groups:

    1. PURPLE GROUP is for beginner level swimmers and they practice from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.
    2. ORANGE GROUP is for more advanced level swimmers and they practice from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.

    Both groups practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

    COST:

    1. Monthly Membership:

    Purple Group: Membership cost $90 per month.

    Orange Group: Membership cost $95 per month.

    1. USA Swimming Registration:

    There are 2 types of registration:

    1. Annual PREMIUM USA Swimming registration - $90 – allows unlimited number of swim meet participation.
    2. Annual FLEX USA Swimming $30 – allows swimmers to participate in up to 2 swim meets and it is for 12&Under children.
    1. Team Cap and Team T-shirt - $40.

    We first start with a try-out at which we ask the child to swim 1 length of the pool - 25 yards on freestyle and 1 on backstroke. We don't expect perfect strokes.

    We do try-outs on the days and times the 2 groups practice – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
