Pasta Dinner is on Wednesday March 6, 2024, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. It will be held on the pool deck.
Swimmers will join together and get excited for the Spring Age Group Champs and Senior Champs.
The entire team is welcome whether your child is going to the Championships or not. This is a great opportunity to meet the rest of the team and cheer on the qualifiers.
JDST is providing pasta dinner for the swimmers only!

Purple groups - Normal practice times Purple 1 - 3:00 p.m., Purple 2 - 3:40 p.m., Purple 3 - 4:20 p.m. Purple 4 - 5:00 p.m.
Green 1 group - Normal practice time - 3:00 - 3:45 p.m.
Green 2 group - Normal practice time 3:45 - 5:00 p.m.
Elite group - Will practice 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Orange group - Normal practice time 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Red group - Will practice 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Blue Junior group - Will practice 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Blue Senior group - Will practice 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Pasta Dinner for JDST swimmers 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
