2024 Summer Team Practice Schedule
2024 SUMMER SCHEDULE
STARTS Monday June 3, 2024 – ENDS Friday July 26, 2024
July 22-26 ONLY PM practices for ALL GROUPS!!! NO AM Practices!!!
This schedule is in effect when there in no swim meets or other changes.

Please note the changes to your group practice times!
NATIONAL DEV. BLUE SENIOR AND BLUE JUNIOR GROUPS will start Double workouts on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. RULE FOR THOSE GROUPS: No Afternoon practice if you don’t attend the Morning one!!!
RED GROUP - note that your practice on Friday will be 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
ELITE GROUP - note that your practices on Tuesday and Thursday will start at 4:00 p.m. with Dry-land then Swim and on Friday will be in the morning - 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. and on Saturday 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
GREEN 1 GROUP - note that your practices Monday through Thursday will be 4:00 – 4:45 p.m. and on Friday will be in the morning - 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
GREEN 2 GROUP - note that your practices Monday through Thursday will be 4:45 – 6:00 p.m. and on Friday will be in the morning - 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
PURPLE GROUPS will practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Purple 1 - 4:00 - 4:40 p.m.
Purple 2 - 4:40 - 5:20 p.m.
Purple 3 - 5:20 - 6:00 p.m.
ORANGE 1 PM GROUP will practice on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
ORANGE 2 PM GROUP will practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
There are NO CHANGES TO ORANGE AM 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. and PURPLE AM - 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
TEAM SUMMER BREAK starts Saturday July 27 till Sunday August 11 - NO PRACTICES for ALL GROUPS!
1ST DAY OF SHORT COURSE PRACTICE SCHEDULE is Monday August 12, 2024.
