Barry Garland II

•         Started competitively swimming at age 15 in Virginia.

•         Swam for FLST (Ft. Lauderdale) competitively in 1995, 1996.
•         Graduated from FAU in 2002 ; captain of the swim team
•         Coached Pope John Paul II High School Swim Team for 2 years
•         Ocean Rescue for Palm Beach County & Deerfield Beach; Lifeguard of the Year
•         Emergency Room Nurse certified in ACLS, Trauma, CPR, etc.; Nurse of the Year for JFK Hospital
•         Currently swims for Palm Beach Masters in breaststroke and sprint races.
