Team Cap Order and Team Personalized Cap Order

Hey All,

We have numerous swimmers in need of new Silicone team caps. We are setting up a team order for both Logo Only silicone caps and for Personalized Team silicone caps.  A few things to help you with this order:

• Team Cap Order Form 
• Follow the above link and complete the form
• All caps you are ordering are Silicone
• Personalized Team Caps must be ordered as a set of 2 (you cannot purchase 1 cap)
• Logo Only is an option
• Ordering window will close on Monday 5/13
• Your TeamUnify account will be billed
