FGSC Dragon Dash & Mini Tri

FGSC Coaches would like to encourage all of our swimmers to sign up and enjoy a great day of racing with our families and friends!! More info on volunteering to help us with this exciting team event will be emailed at a later date.

With our focus on fun and participation over competition - we want to introduce youth to how great the multisport life is. Join us on Saturday, July 27, 2024 for an exclusive pre-registered event for up to 150 participants. Families and friends are encouraged and welcome to attend. All participants will receive a finishers medal.

Registration Deadline: Thursday, July 25, 2024 @ 1PM

3 Event Waves & Times:
For the safety of all participants, each wave is designed for ability level, potential skill sets, speed, and ultimately supports the volume of swimmers, bikers, and runners at a given time.

Check in Time = 7:00AM

Race Times:

Advanced @ 8:30AM
Novice @ 8:45AM
Family @ 9AM
